Calendars are sent by Royal Mail and, being 12" square, do not fit through all post boxes.If ordering calendars, please tell us whether there is anywhere your delivery can be left in safety or, for example, you have neighbours who will receive a delivery on your behalf.

Dog Rocks are also sent by Royal Mail.  The same applies as with Calendars.

For any other items - textiles, trays etc. we use both the Royal Mail and a courier service. Again, it would be helpful if you would tell us any problems that may be encountered with deliveries.
